All book orders are processed and dispatched from our New Zealand facility. We aim to ship all items within 2–3 weeks of receiving your order confirmation. Book orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including your courier tracking details.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local courier services.
The following timeframes are provided as a general guide:
New Zealand: Allow up to 10 business days from dispatch
Australia: Allow up to 10 business days from dispatch
International (outside NZ & AU): Allow up to 20 business days from dispatch
Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs processing delays or unforeseen courier disruptions.
Shipping costs are location-based and calculated at the time of book completion. The total cost of shipping will appear before you confirm your order. The delivery of the first book is included in Australia and New Zealand. Additional books may incur a shipping fee.
All deliveries are made via our trusted courier partners. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, as we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.
While we strive to ensure all orders are delivered within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:
Weather conditions
Courier delays
Customs inspections (for international orders)
We appreciate your patience in these instances and will assist where possible to track and resolve any delivery issues.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@memorystream.co
within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If for any reason you’re not thrilled with your Memory Stream purchase, we offer full refunds within 30 days, as long as no books have been printed.
Printed books are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
In the unlikely event that a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued in line with the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or applicable local consumer laws.
